What Is a Progressive Jackpot & How Does It Work at riding168?
A progressive jackpot is a prize pool that grows with every bet placed by every player on that game — anywhere, at any time. A small portion of each wager, typically between 1% and 3%, feeds into the jackpot pool. Picture thousands of players spinning simultaneously at riding168 — every single bet continuously pushing the jackpot higher.
This is the key difference between a progressive jackpot and a fixed jackpot. A fixed jackpot stays the same — say, RM10,000 every time. riding168's progressive jackpots, on the other hand, start from a set base value and keep climbing until a player wins. Once it hits, the value resets to the base and the accumulation starts all over again. The longer a jackpot goes without dropping, the bigger it gets — and the more tempting it becomes.
At riding168, three jackpot tiers run simultaneously. The Mega Jackpot is the flagship progressive jackpot, capable of reaching millions in MYR — it only hits when a player lands a specific combination of symbols that almost never appears. The Daily Jackpot is guaranteed to drop every day before midnight, meaning one lucky Malaysian player walks away richer every single day. The Mini Jackpot drops most frequently, typically every few hours, with payouts ranging from RM500 to RM5,000.
What sets riding168 apart is the transparency of its jackpot display. The current value of each jackpot updates in real time on this page, and the winner history is available to verify that jackpots are genuinely paid out. These aren't inflated advertising figures — they're actual records of real Malaysian winners.
